Side-retained ZIP screens
Side-retained mesh screens add adjustable shade and privacy, and can help reduce insect entry when fully lowered. Size, fabric, perimeter conditions and operating limits are confirmed for each project.

Track-mounted sliding glass
Track-mounted glass panels provide a transparent wind buffer while preserving views. Panel layout, thresholds and local glazing requirements are coordinated per project.

Warm-white LED lighting
Warm-white LED strips can be recessed in selected frame channels for even task and ambient light. Layout, drivers and controls follow the approved electrical plan.

Project-coordinated radiant heat
Project-selected radiant heaters provide targeted comfort. Model, power supply, mounting position and clearances follow manufacturer instructions and local code.
